18 Questions to Ask Your Agent BEFORE Listing Your Home

13. How do you manage a database?

We have the industry’s leading client management software to manage thousands of potential buyers and nurture those relationships.

14. How do you price a home?

We work directly with you on the pricing of the home. Our job at Vernon Realty Group is information and guidance, but ultimately the market determines the price of a home.

15. How long is my agreement?

We typically put our agreement for 6 months, yet there is an easy exit clause. Basically we work on a handshake and hold ourselves accountable to do our job each and every day.

16.What kind of web ads do you do?

Too many to list! We utilize the top tech companies to make your home famous.

17. How do you deliver feedback from the showings?

Showings are scheduled through Showing Time. Every showing is monitored with a request to the showing agent for feedback via email as soon as the showing window ends and two more times 24 hours after the prior email. We also send a text message requesting feedback prior to the 2nd email going out. While it’s not a requirement to submit feedback, we make every effort to find out what the potential buyer thought. 

18. Do you have a paid social media campaign?
